Almost all exterior waterproofing systems are dependent on multiple exterior components to effectively maintain the exteriors waterproofing integrity.

These components most commonly are:

• Metal Flashings that are custom fabricated to each system and application.
• Siding Details such as Masonry, Stucco, Concrete, Fiber Cement, Metal and traditional Wood siding panels that require proper integratation into the roofing and/or siding system.
• Windows must be properly flashed and integrated into existing siding systems using both ridge metal flashing on flexable flashings.
• Gutters must be properly attached and have the correct fitment and profile to correctly capture water from the roof and carry it into the drainage system.
